By booking with iFly Legend, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern our Airport VIP, Private Aviation, Chauffeur, and Luxury Tour services.

1. Scope of Services
iFly Legend provides premium travel solutions, including but not limited to:

Global Airport Meet & Assist (VIP Fast-track).

Private Jet Charters and Ground Handling.

Luxury Chauffeur and Corporate Mobility.

Bespoke China Inbound Tours and Multilingual Guiding.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Final Confirmation: A service is only deemed "confirmed" upon issuance of an official Confirmation Letter/Voucher and receipt of full payment.

Payment Policy: iFly Legend reserves the right to adjust or cancel unconfirmed bookings if payment is not received in full (or as per deposit requirements for private jets).

3. Client Responsibilities
Accuracy: Clients must provide accurate flight, passport, and contact details. We hold no liability for service disruptions caused by erroneous data.

Connectivity: Clients must remain reachable via the provided contact number during the service window.

Legal Compliance: Clients must possess valid travel documents and adhere to local laws and regulations.

4. Service Execution

Timezone: All schedules are based on the local time of the service location.

Authority Disclaimer: Airport VIP services (Immigration/Customs) are subject to the final discretion of local authorities. iFly Legend is not responsible for delays caused by government-mandated security measures.
